On the 24th of September 2020, Ananda Aged care experienced a complete blackout of power due to heavy rain damaging the consumer’s mains under the main car park. Our technicians were called to the site to identify that the severity of the issue was a requirement our team mobilise at once to restore power to the facility. Our dedicated team of technicians attended out of hours to the facility where we installed temporary generator power. Over the next 4 days, our team removed 100 square meters of concrete car park, installed new consumers mains with the use of a capstan winch system, and restored power to the 67-bed facility.
