Project Overview

Ozora delivered a same-day, low-disruption installation of a 24 kWh battery system with ~4.4 kW rooftop PV, combining smart energy storage with high-efficiency solar to boost self-consumption, resilience, and long-term savings.

  • Scope of Works:
    • Site assessment for a safe, ventilated, and accessible battery location.
    • Integration of 24 kWh battery with 10 kW single-phase Sigenergy controller (4-way).
    • Installation of ~4.4 kW Trina Vertex S+ 440 W PV modules on Clenergy tilt kit.
    • Cable management and protection compliant with AS/NZS 3000, 4777 & 5033.
    • Commissioning, monitoring setup, and client handover.

  • Equipment & Materials:
    • Battery: 24 kWh with smart charge/discharge and backup readiness.
    • PV: Trina Vertex S+ 440 W modules (~4.4 kW).
    • Racking: Clenergy tilt system with corrosion-resistant hardware.
    • Controller: Sigenergy 10 kW single-phase (4-way), optimised for string design and future expansion.
