Hi, I’m James, the founder of Ozora Electrical & Renewable Energy. I started Ozora because I felt there was a real need for electricians who genuinely put their customers first. I kept hearing about unreliable electricians and poor workmanship, and I knew we could do better. I’m passionate about quality and genuinely love making our customers happy. I recently had an AC inspection done by Ozora. Gustav was professional, thorough and honest. Unlike a previous technician who told me to replace the entire unit, however Gustav carefully inspected everything and reassured me that it was in a good working condition. I recently had my solar battery system upgraded by this amazing team, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Matt from Sydney, Matt from Adelaide, Mitch, and Jonathan were all incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient.

They installed a 16 kWh Sungrow battery along with an 8 kW Sungrow inverter to replace my old inverter. The price was very reasonable, and the workmanship was top-notch.

A little while after the installation, the system had a minor issue, and they responded extremely quickly to fix it — their after-sales support is just as impressive as their installation work.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solar installation team!

The whole experience from the initial site inspection to installation and commissioning was flawless. Invoice paying was convenient too. There was good communication throughout the process. I am very happy with the 10KW Sigenergy battery and gateway, especially the included app that allows real time monitoring. This is the way of the future. I charge my battery overnight on off peak power from the grid. The battery supplies power for breakfast until the sun rises and solar takes over. Solar power charges up the battery over the day and the battery takes over again for the evening dinner and activities.

I recently had a 24kWh battery, 10kW inverter, and an additional 4.4kW of solar panels installed by Ozora, and the experience was very positive from start to finish.

Ozora’s professionalism was evident from the initial consultation, with Matt providing a competitive quote that included several thoughtful options. A site visit was arranged to find a suitable and safe location for the battery, and despite a number of last-minute changes to the quote on my part, Matt remained responsive and helpful, making the lead-up to installation straightforward.

The success of the installation was largely due to Jake, whose technical knowledge and attention to detail were clear throughout. He led the team confidently, delivering a clean and well-executed setup—neatly concealing conduit within a tight solid brick cavity, which I hadn't expected to be possible. He answered all my questions with patience and accommodated a late change to the panel string configuration without issue. His team worked steadily under his direction and contributed to a smooth and well-organised install.

As someone with fairly high standards, I don’t give recommendations lightly, but Ozora left a strong impression. Jake and his team’s workmanship stood out as a real highlight. I’m happy to recommend Ozora for solar and battery installations based on the quality of their work, professionalism, and customer-focused approach.
